General Assistant
Job description:
The hired applicant is going to have broad and diverse responsibilities from day one of work at below areas:
- Sales assistance: communication with customers via email, phone and live chat; prepare customer quotes, orders and invoices
- Administrative assistance: making payments and purchases, preparing accounting materials
- Marketing assistance: creating and maintaining contacts with partners; preparing online materials and nurturing social media
- Office management: coordinating office operations
- Team assistance: arranging meetings; planning travels, booking hotels and planes
Our requirements:
- To enjoy administrative work, marketing projects, and customer contact
- Good communication skills, spoken and written, both in English and Hungarian
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and to learn new skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Good collaboration skills to be able to work in team effectively
- Being ambitious to become the best in what she/he does and to improve her/his leadership skills continuously
- Discipline to manage changes and deliver timely on project executions
