HR trainee
Job description:
The hired applicant will have various and challanging responsibility scope as of day one including:
- Leading company recruitment plan: search for potential candidates, collecting and organizing CVs, monitoring recruitment need, proposing and executing recruitment strategy
- Aiding lead team with information, analysis and proposals for HR strategic decisions
- Creating, leading and executing programs for improving employee's wellbeing
- Organizing team buildings and company events
Our requirements:
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written
- Ability to work in a fast-changing, stressful startup environment and to learn new skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good collaboration skills to be able to work in team effectively
- Discipline to manage changes and deliver timely on project executions
- Ability to manage both monotonous conditions and challanging management and leadership situations
